The Hub is an amazing studio in the heart of Carmel, offering yoga and other wellness initiatives centering specifically around helping the body move better. They use brain-based, neuroplastic movement therapies for improving balance, strength, and performance. I am excited to help them further their focus on neuroplasticity via meditation!

Meditation is an invaluable tool to improve your health and well being. Improving yourself via meditation not only helps you, but it also positively impacts those around you as you get yourself in a space more attuned with all. In addition to the many physiological benefits discussed elsewhere on this website, you will also increase your connection with others as you nurture the parts of your being associated with empathy, creativity, and social behavior.
Before you can achieve these benefits, you need to learn the fundamentals of meditation. These sessions will include introduction of meditation techniques, a meditation-related topic, practical advice, and practicing together. Beginners as well as those with experience will find value in the learning and practicing in a supportive, uplifting environment. Participants will also receive a recorded guided meditation to facilitate independent practice.
